Message	to agree on the quality of the porduct provided (high). The operation fell down on the services side of the business (not unimportant of course and logical conclusion of the cash flow issue you mentioned). As one who is not emotionally vested in this issue, the question of where the 'product' rights currently reside is very interesting.
